This document governs the website and mobile messaging program for Richard Sapp, Candidate for Justice of the Peace, Bell County, Texas, Precinct 2 ("we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our website (sapp4jp.com) or opting into our messaging program, you agree to the following terms and practices.
TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Mobile Terms of Service. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., SMS and MMS) from us.
- Messages may include campaign updates, event information, volunteer opportunities, and requests for donations. Consent to receive text messages is program-specific and does not constitute consent to receive calls or messages from other programs or third parties.
- Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase or donation.
- You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to the number from which you received the message. You will receive a single confirmation message. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that specific program.
- For assistance, reply "HELP" to any message or contact sapp4jp@gmail.com.
- Message frequency varies based on activity and your level of engagement. Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
- Messages may solicit donations. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of making any donation.
- Mobile carriers, including T-Mobile, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
